Just kidding. Despite what those fascist bikers down at the Watering Hole say, I am alive and well. At least in the physical sense. However, I’m afraid I can’t say the same for this site.
Since I suck at writing my thoughts coherently, I’ll keep this short and semi-understandable. Now, you probably guessed this was coming. I mean, it is pretty obvious. I’ve decided to pull the plug. Random Moments is closing its doors, but there will be no slashing of prices, or wacky liquidation sales. It’s been a fun, but increasingly frustrating 15 months since I began this site. And while I am proud of what I’ve created in that short time, somewhere along the line, I lost that crucial ‘enjoyment factor’. Drawing new comics became a chore, rather than an enjoyable activity. And chores are never funny. So rather than continue churning out sporadic, half-hearted strips, I’ll be merciful and end it now.
While RM never achieved any real level of popularity, I still want to thank those of you who returned on a regular basis. I hope you were mildly entertained for a few minutes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
One last note: Even though you won’t see any new comics, I will leave the site up indefinitely for all those who need to reminisce about a simpler time. Perhaps in time, RM will be re-discovered and considered a masterpiece.

PS: I will expect those assholes like Evan and Dave to post comments like, “YOU LIKE SUCKING DICK YOU QUITTING QUITTER” or something. All I can say is, don’t disappoint me guys, make those insults unique.

Aye, fight and you may die, run, and you'll live... at least for a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!
Everyone send Kristian emails or post on the forums and tell him not to quit. If needs be, me and the rest of the slackers can write or even draw comics. Sure they won't be funny and the art will be horrible but that is completely besides the point. RM MUST LIVE ON.

You now why this failed? Because you moved away to a state that is no fun. When you lived in Pennsylvania with the rest of us, things were good and whatever god-awful disgusting thing happened on Saturday night was in the comic on Monday. Don't blame yourself, blame Connecticut. Its a lifeless, boring, poor excuse for a state. You're always welcome to come back here to get ideas.
